Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing a booking, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions of sale. Check Details Please ensure that you have correctly submitted the date of the concert and prices of tickets that you require. Once your order has been processed, because of limited availability of tickets, we may be unable to make amendments to your order. Exchanges/Refunds Tickets can be exchanged for those of another performance within twelve months from the date of the orignal concert. In order to take advantage of this service, you must return your tickets to us at least 48 hours before the performance. There is an administration fee of £2.00 per ticket. Tickets received less than 48 hours before the performance may be offered for sale once all house tickets have been sold. Should we successfully re-sell your tickets, a refund will be due, from which an administration fee of £2.00 per ticket will be deducted. Tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned before the concert interval (or before half of the performance time has elapsed if there is no interval). If a performance is postponed, ticket holders will be offered seats at the rescheduled performance up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance, a full refund. Ticket Delivery Tickets will be kept for you to be collected at the concert door on the concert day (payment in cash or by cheque only). Please collect these at least 10 minutes before the start of the concert. In the event of a sold-out concert, any tickets remaining uncollected after this time may be sold. If you would prefer tickets to be sent to you in advance please request this specifically. However, if the performance is within 7 days of an order being placed, tickets will not be available for posting and must be collected on the concert day. We reserve the right to: Refuse admission. Delay admission for those who arrive late until a suitable break in the performance (if this is possible). Request any ticket holder to leave the concert venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right. Alter or vary the programme in exceptional circumstances. The following are not permitted: Smoking. Allowing mobile phones, pagers or watches to sound during a concert. Unauthorised use of photographic or recording equipment. Children under the age of three. Reselling tickets. Please note that: Ticket holders consent to any filming or sound recording as members of the audience. Seating is unreserved and therefore specific seats cannot be requested. Privacy Once you have registered to buy tickets your name, address, email address and telephone number will be held on our database. This allows you to login to purchase tickets more swiftly in the future, and also to receive a newletter (if you have signed up for that service). Should you wish your personal details to be removed from our database, please inform us and we will be pleased to effect this for you. Once you purchase tickets, a record of the order is also stored. Please note that no transaction details (such as credit/debit card numbers) are stored. Transactions are carried out on secure servers at Nochex. |
