Sign up to Play/Sing in a Concert

• You can apply for more than one concert on this form.
• The telephone and address fields are optional.
• If, at some later date, you discover that you are no longer able to perform with us, please let us know as soon as you can. Also, please try to find a replacement who is of at least as good a standard as yourself.
• If you request music it will be sent to you by email attachment (PDF files) approximately 2 weeks before a concert. If you don't have email, or have a particular aversion to this method you can request printed copies. You can also request printed copies to be available for you at the first rehearsal.
  
  
• The booking process is as follows:
  
  
  1. Check that your instrument/voice is required and that you are available for the necessary rehearsal and concert times.
  2. We will get back to you to let you know if you have a place as soon as we are able. For each concert we need to assess the number and type of applications against the specific forces required for the music, and this, unavoidably, takes a little while.
  3. After you have received confirmation that we would like you to play please pay the performing costs of £20 per concert (£12 if you fall in the usual concessions bracket, £4 for under 19s, but nothing if you are a professional musician or music student). Details of how to pay will be sent to you. In return you will receive two concert tickets which you can sell on. NB Your booking is not complete until this is done
